Brett Burton, PT, DPT, SCS, ATC, CSCS

Brett Burton is an entrepreneur on a mission to help improve the health and fitness experience, for both the client and the provider.  He is based out of Phoenix, Arizona and has had the opportunity to work with international leaders in the health and fitness space.  With an extensive background in physical therapy, sports medicine, and performance he spent time at places like the Andrews Institute, Mayo Clinic, and EXOS being exposed to innovative approaches to caring for and improving peoples’ well being.

Brett became a full time patient himself following a cancer diagnosis in 2018.  It caused him to personally experience, from a patients perspective, the strengths and weaknesses of the health system.  Over the last 2 years, he has applied and built upon approaches he had learned as a health care provider to help improve his personal health.  His life changing diagnosis has put his career on a new trajectory and fueled his passion for fitness, education, research, innovation, and therapy.

In 2019, Brett launched One Harmonic Motion as a platform to teach B Strong Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Certification Seminars.  It has since expanded to offering Guided B Strong BFR Training for clients of all ages and ability levels.  Recently, Brett created Press On, which is an educational and community platform specifically for those with Inclusion Body Myositis (IBM) as he has developed an interest in working alongside this community.

His introduction to product innovation and design goes back to 2015, with the creation and development of the T-Dot Mobility System.  Since that time he has served on the product development team with Movement Guides Inc, and has continued to build partnerships with companies such as B Strong Training Systems to help improve their reach.
