Dr. Jim Stray-Gundersen (Co-Founder of B Strong Training Systems) was interviewed by Dr. Joseph Mercola earlier this month as they discussed blood flow restriction (BFR) training at length.  They specifically discuss its application for older adults and how it can be beneficial in improving and maintaining muscle strength, but also how it can be very impactful for vascular and bone health.
